The monastery herb garden was created in 2011 below the imposing ruins of the monastery. Traditional herbs, new varieties, dye plants and lots of mints can be admired here on 27 half-raised flowerbeds. The herb garden is open all year round so that visitors can enjoy the scent of the herbs, the tranquillity of the natural garden and, in the warmer months, the buzzing of the numerous insects whose biodiversity is promoted by the many different flowering plants.
Herbs and honey can be purchased in the museum shop in the hunting lodge!
